Open the ZIP X gives you when you request your data archive and turn it into a searchable local recap: posts, likes, your follow graph, and direct messages. Media rendering and account-security detail are on the way in a later phase.
Your posts and likes are shown to you in full by default — you already have full access to your own archive. Privacy mode only masks identity fields like your handle, display name, and avatar, for screenshots or sharing.
Getting the archive
- X Settings -> Your account -> Download an archive of your data
- Confirm your password/2FA, then wait for X's email with the download link
- Download the ZIP and drop it here
